I've only ever seen it as language (or strong language). I've also seen the rating combined with the reason for it, e.g. PG-13 for language. PG-13 not only covers cursing, but also violence, sexual content, drug usage. Citing one reason for the rating implies the lack of these other things however. I've often seen PG-13 used without a qualifier. It would be alright too.
I've seen however, that your tags got a bit messed up. It might have happened becuase you used a semi-colon instead of a comma. Tags are always seperated with a comma.
In this case, it would be:
- fandom: the chronicles of narnia, - fandom: rpf, crossover, hijinks ensue, ...
