supernatural: straight on 'til morning, by apocalypsos
Arrrgh real life got in the way of my gensploder of the month momentum! I'll try and pick it up a bit!

An AU in which Mary escapes the fire and the Winchesters take to hunting as a family. Amazing, amazing fic and Mary is wonderful. There's some John/Mary but I feel this stands on its own as a character piece. (Unfortunately I can only find a link to the LJ entry and I have to copy & paste the fic into another window to make it easier on the eyes, but I still say it's worth it!)
