After the Fellowship have set out, Elrond and Bilbo discuss rings, and kings, and things that are more important than treasures, no matter how wicked and lovely and persuasive they may be.
RECCER'S NOTES:
This is a wonderful and marvelous story. Love the characterization of both Bilbo and Elrond. Whether book canon or movie canon, the characters sound like themselves. And I adore the friendship of Elrond and Bilbo.
