RECCER'S NOTES: This is an intensely lyrical look at Draco the summer after his sixth year, capturing the small, quiet moments in Malfoy Manor after Dumbledore's death and before the start of what is perhaps Hogwart's worst year. It is the beginning of the end for Draco, and you feel the subtle tension in every single word of this incredibly well-crafted fic. Definitely worth the time to read slowly and savor.
