RECCER'S NOTES:

I had to double check to make sure I hadn't rec'd this one here before! This is one of my favourite team/found family fics. It focuses on Steve training SHIELD recruits, teaching them skills and how to be part of a team, and it makes him focus on himself and his own team too. It's got just the right amount of sad/feels, and it's funny and sweet. All of the character voices are perfect.
