I think this is one of those "everyone has read it" kind of deals, but JUST IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T, here's the link. Delicious Steve Rogers hurt/comfort and team feels all wrapped up in a well-written package. This caters to my id in a big way, but there's so much to enjoy I'm sure I'd love it even if iddiness was taken out of the picture entirely.
