RECCER'S NOTES: A really wonderful character piece for Dee, pre-canon. One of my absolute favorite things about this fic is seeing glimpses of The Doctor from Dee's point of view throughout her life, demonstrating how time has always moved differently for the two of them.
Crossovers don't usually work for me, but this is one I can buy wholeheartedly.
