FIC SUMMARY: It all begins with the worst storm in fifty years. Or, in other words, how Frank meets the Ways and learns to embrace the dark side. An Addams Family AU.

RECCER'S NOTES: dear_monday has done an amazing job with this Addams family fusion. Mikey and Gerard are two brothers who live in a haunted house on a hill, and Frank's a kid who likes scary things. Together, they find friendship and adventures together.

This story is perfect in tone, the Way family is so atmospheric and creepy (cobwebs! pet octopi! creepy door knockers!) and Frank just loves it. It's the first time he's fit in anywhere. These kids are so charming and sweet and I heart-eyed my way through this story.

RECCER'S NOTES: This is a wonderful look at both Raven and Charles. The chraracterization of both of them is sound, and I love the depth of the exploration of their relationship.

RECCER'S NOTES:  Great evocation of Posy's view of her life and career - and of her sisters' lives and careers -  as war descends on Europe.  Terrific character studies and exploration of the dynamics of the many cross-cutting relationships.
