RECCER'S NOTES: A pre-canon ficlet about Molly, Gert and their best/worst snowman ever. It's funny, touching and sweet, and it always makes me smile. :) If you just want to read a happy story, this one doesn't require canon knowledge, but at the same time it's perfectly in character.

I got it as a gift during the Marvel/DC Holiday Bingo Exchange.

And this fic is full of this freedom of playing, learning, researching, creating, making friends, making mistakes... It's perfect. I'm also in awe of the Author's creativity when coming up with all the different holodeck programs. And it's one of the cutest fics I've ever read in my life (and I'm not saying it just because I got it as a gift at

space_swap). ♥

RECCER'S NOTES: This was just delightful, it had me smiling so much. Love Daniel's view on the wizards, and of course the Librarian is awesome as always.
This is like a light-hearted pick-me-up.

It is extremely fluffy. I am just really fond of Miss Pauling.

RECCER'S NOTES:
A charming little series about a woman who professionally disposes of people in shallow graves, possibly with the help of quicklime. Or flesh-eating beetles. Or a chainsaw. The narrative voice is really good here.
Two of the stories are tagged Scout/Miss Pauling, but only the second can really be considered non-gen and since all are entirely unrelated, you can skip it with no issues

This was a gift for me for

chocolateboxcomm - I had requested some Watson & stepkid interaction and one of my long-standing requests is Watson splashing his money around to spoil his kids. (I mean isn't that the point of being a real, live millionaire?)
Charlie's voice is wonderful here and this fic has spawned a heap of head canon for me, which I think all good fics do. The interaction with Watson is sweet and realistic. It only takes a minute or so to read but it leaves me with the warm and fuzzies.

Adam, Georgie, and Simms try to have a holiday, and while Georgie and Simms manage to make the most of Disneyland, Adam tackles villains as usual, with the added humour of seeing one of the series’s typical improbable plots only in glimpses between rides. Anyway, it’s heaps of fun, and every bit as delightful as the show.

Neither of them are where they ought to be. It’s great – sweet and funny and true to all the characters involved. Plus there may be a Planet of the Hats, who knows?

Steve is adorable and kind, Tony pops in and is just so totally TONY, and the end managed to put a smile on my face even when smiling was physically painful. Go read! ♥

All we know about the Chudley Cannons from the books is that they are orange, terrible, Ron's favorite team, and on the cover of his book is pictured beater Joey Jenkins. But Roberval takes those tiny details and gives us a team that breaks your heart with its heartfelt warmth.

Best enjoyed with a warm glass of honeyed milk.
